Anyone who hires a lawyer declares themselves an imbecile needing someone to speak for their corporate fiction as a citizen of the state. In other words, the defendant is ignorant of statute & procedure which isn’t law in a defacto system which is man’s law. The dejure system is of God’s law or that which is right law.

Often lawyers confuse our language and deceive us while they attorn with word art, sophistry and chicanery known as legalese. Abbott & Costello exhibit how defacto law works as daily witnessed in the American judicial system. Legalese is its own language. This rule is known as the “first in time, first in right” rule. Think about it.
