Meet Susan Perlman, a trailblazer for the gospel and co-founder of Jews for Jesus. Raised in a traditional Jewish home, Susan encountered life’s biggest questions early, especially after losing her father. When she asked her rabbi if her father was in heaven, the lack of an answer left her searching for something deeper. During the Jesus movement of the 1970s, she found the answers—and peace—in Jesus, transforming her life and giving her the assurance she sought.
For over 50 years, Susan has faced many challenges yet remains steadfast in sharing her faith, helping countless Jews discover Jesus as their Messiah. A two-time cancer survivor, her trust in God is unwavering. Susan says, “My days are not numbered by an oncologist but by God Himself.” Susan’s incredible journey of faith, resilience, and boldness continues to inspire people around the world.
